What is hypnotherapy and how can it help you?

Put simply, its a form of talking therapy. Through the effective power of relaxation and focused attention it can help you reach your full potential and improve any aspect of your life. In this way you can lead a life with more fulfilment and contentment. Through relaxation we relax the conscious mind to gain access to your subconscious, your inner mind. This holds your feelings, emotions, memories and through the relaxation we help you gain control of your thoughts, feelings and overcome the issues that are preventing you from living a fulfilled life. No matter what the issue is, we will work together to establish the cause and use hypnotherapy to effect a solution. 


Hypnotherapy is very flexible and can help you with past events, traumas and longstanding issues that affect you. We want you to be able to move on from these difficulties and achieve and create the life you would like for yourself. 


You can achieve lasting and positive change in quite a short timeframe. We will focus on where you want to be and together we will devise a plan to help you achieve your objective. My role in therapy is completely confidential, without judgment or telling you what to do.  I may give information or offer suggestions, however it will be with your agreement. If I feel I cannot assist you, I will offer to refer you to someone who can.
